What to do if something is not right with your order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, missing or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at brajha.gmbh@gmail.com with your order number and a photo where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Perishable and sealed goods
For food safety reasons, opened or perishable products cannot be returned. Sealed, shelf-stable products may be returnable within the statutory period — please contact us first.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
